For January 2025 session, you can try the following steps:
Check Admission Status: Visit IGNOU Admission Status Portal and enter your control number or registered details. If confirmed, your enrolment number will be shown.
Login with Username/Password: If the portal is not opening, try using it late night or early morning, as IGNOU sites often face heavy traffic.
Regional Centre Help: If it still doesn’t show, contact your regional centre with your Control Number, Program Code, and personal details. They can provide your enrolment number.
Email Support: You can also raise a ticket on the IGNOU grievance portal: https://igram.ignou.ac.in/.
Once confirmed, your enrolment number will also be sent to you by email/SMS from IGNOU.
